Members of the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board plan to urge the FAA and Congress to increase inspections of tour companies and training for pilots in the unusual weather around the Hawaiian islands.
"We know that they're going to encounter these weather conditions," said board member Debbie Hersman. "They're not trained for that." She spoke at the conclusion of an NTSB meeting on two recent helicopter crashes in Hawaii that killed eight people. For related news
