Rev. Moon Escapes Helicopter Crash

Rev. Dr. and Mrs. Sun Myung Moon and eleven other passengers were in a helicopter accident in South Korea Saturday afternoon, July 19, but were not seriously injured. The Sikorsky S-92 was traveling from the Jamsil heliport in Seoul, Korea to a museum when it ran into inclement weather and made an emergency landing. All thirteen passengers and three crewmembers were taken to a nearby hospital. Two of the party suffered minor injuries, including a bruised vertebrae and light abrasions. The crew and the other passengers, including Rev. Dr. and Mrs. Sun Myung Moon, were treated and released. Shortly after all the passengers had safely exited the helicopter, it caught on fire and was destroyed. For related news
