Christian Gras (left) is the new executive vice president of customers for the Eurocopter Group. He reports to Eurocopter CEO Lutz Bertling and becomes a member of the company’s executive committee. Gras, who succeeds Philippe Harache, was previously senior vice president for Latin America within the strategy and marketing organization of Eurocopter parent company EADS.
Bell Helicopter of Fort Worth, Texas has hired Larry Roberts as senior vice president of its Commercial business. He comes from American Eurocopter, where he was vice president of sales, marketing and customer support, as well as director of U.S. federal law enforcement development for EADS North America.
Pratt & Whitney Canada has promoted Maria Della Posta to senior vice president of sales and marketing. She was previously vice president of customer service, and takes over for Keyvan Ford, who is focusing on new opportunities within the company.
United Rotorcraft Solutions (URS) has a new director of new business development—Luis Vargas. A helicopter pilot, Vargas has 24 years of experience working in the aviation/helicopter industry.
ARINC Engineering Services has appointed Bradley Little as senior director of international development. Little formerly served as chief of staff with the U.S. State Department in Afghanistan, becoming a consultant to ARINC in December 2009.
Patrick Antkowiak is the new vice president and general manager of Northrop Grumman’s Advanced Concepts & Technologies division, which is part of its Electronic Systems sector. A former team leader for the Comanche helicopter mission computer program, Antkowiak was previously vice president of strategy and capability for engineering, manufacturing and logistics.
Teledyne Controls has named Darby Shields vice president of sales and marketing. He came to Teledyne Controls in January 2009 after serving as president of Demo Systems for 27 years.
