Arkansas HEMS Crash Kills Three

An Air Evac Lifeteam Bell 206 went down near Scotland, Ark. shortly after 4:00 a.m. last night, according to reports. The emergency medical services helicopter, based in Vilonia, was heading to a site in Crabtree, Ark. and using night vision goggles, according to a statement from the company. All three crewmembers died in the crash. FAA and NTSB are sending investigators to the site of the accident.
