The U.S. military has made public the names of the nine U.S. soldiers who died in Tuesday’s NATO helicopter crash in Afghanistan. Five of the troops came from the Army’s 101st Combat Aviation Brigade—Maj. Robert Baldwin, Chief Warrant Officer Matthew Wagstaff, CWO Jonah McClellan, Staff Sgt. Joshua Powell and Sgt. Marvin Calhoun. The other four were members of the U.S. Navy—Lt. Brendan Looney, Senior Chief Petty Officer David B. McLendon, PO2 Adam Smith and PO3 Denis Miranda. Looney, Miranda and Smith were all Navy SEALs.
