As part of a fleet renewal program, the Baltimore Police Department in Maryland has ordered four EC120s from Eurocopter. The aviation department, known as Foxtrot, currently has accumulated more than 35,000 flight hours on the EC120s received between 2000 and 2010. The quartet will be outfitted with front and rear seat consoles for the pilot and a tactical flight officer, with completions set to take place at American Eurocopter’s facility in Grand Prairie.
