Utica, N.Y.-based JETNET has expanded its piston and turbine helicopter offerings to include a customer relationship management system for the aviation industry, known as CRM. The company will showcase CRM and other add-ons to its Evolution software at Booth 9763 during Heli-Expo. JETNET has added several one-screen data summaries, called Views, into the Evolution software. Each View will display relevant data for a specific operator or mission. Operators can break the information down by country or helicopter make or model, according to the company.
