HeliVert Sells Five AW139s; Russians, PANH to Study Civil Expansion

Russian Helicopters and AgustaWestland joint venture HeliVert has secured an agreement to produce five VIP and utility-configured AW139 helicopters for Exclases Russia.

Additionally, Russian Helicopters has inked a partnership memorandum with PANH Helicopters to study the civilian role of commercial helicopters in Russia and other countries. The two companies will conduct a joint assessment of the competitiveness abroad for new and modified Russian-built helicopters.

Both agreements occurred at Heli-Russia in Moscow.
