Rolls-Royce to Support V-22 Engines

Rolls-Royce has received $39 million to support AE 1107C engines for V-22 aircraft operated by the U.S. Marine Corps and Air Force. The Rolls-Royce MissionCare contract, a modification of a prior agreement, includes repairs and support services, with work carried out at Rolls-Royce facilities in Indianapolis, Ind., and Oakland, Calif., as well as fleet support at customer bases. The contract for work in 2014-15 was awarded through the Naval Air Systems Command in Patuxent River, Md.
