The Venezuelan National Institute for Civil Aviation (INAC) has granted M International's Keystone Turbine Services (KTS) with its Foreign Aeronautical Maintenance Organization certification. The certificate recognizes KTS as an effective organization with respect to aviation safety and service. By creating a culture of quality and sustainable development, KTS is able to meet the needs of each national and international civil aviation customer.

KTS is Rolls-Royce's only authorized and certificated AMROC facility located on the east coast for M250 Series engines, modules, accessories and components. In addition, they are a Honeywell authorized warranty and repair station (AWARS) for overhaul, repair and testing of Rolls-Royce M250, Honeywell LTS-101 and Pratt & Whitney PT6A and PT6T fuel controls, power turbine governors and other accessories. KTS recently completed its move to a 40,000-square-foot engine MRO facility in Coatesville, Penn.
