HAI Announces Safety Double-Header at Heli-Expo 2015

By Staff Writer | February 27, 2015

If you’ve already planned to attend the HAI Safety Symposium (NTSB – Managing Risk in Public Helicopter Operations) from 8:00–10:00 in room S310 on Monday, March 2 at HAI Heli-Expo 2015, be sure to also add to your diary, and attend, the Safety Directors Forum (Your Helicopter Crashed – Now What?) right after, from 10:30–12:00 in room S230C. Both events are open to all registered HAI Heli-Expo 2015 exhibitors and attendees.

Presented by Clint Johnson, chief of the Alaska Regional NTSB office; and Jeff Guzzetti, FAA manager of Accident Investigations, the Safety Directors Forum promises to answer all the questions you might have about the process following an aircraft accident.

NTSB Board Member Robert Sumwalt, director of the NTSB’s Office of Aviation Safety, John DeLisi, deputy director of NTSB’s regional operations, and Sandy Rowlett, will also be in attendance to answer questions.

Please note: The Safety Directors Forum is not limited to safety directors, but open to any operator personnel and safety professionals attending HAI Heli-Expo 2015 who are interested in an open discussion of emergency response and post-accident procedures.

Don’t miss these enlightening events, register for HAI Heli-Expo 2015 and plan to attend!
