Bell Launches Service Plans

Bell Helicopter launched new aftermarket service plans Tuesday during a booth event at Heli-Expo. The company also announced CareFlite has signed on as the service’s first customer.

The “Customer Advantage Plans” provides customers with coverage solutions for their operations and offers two plans: standard and premier.

The service is part of Bell’s future innovation strategy that it said will include improving customer service.
