Bristow Group is expected to announce reorganization of its chief administrative officer role following the departure of its SVP, Hilary Ware.
Ware left the company for "personal reasons, following a brief leave of absence," according to a company press release.
Bristow's CEO, Jonathan Baliff, said Ware "has developed and managed many of Bristow's key administrative functions, including human resources, communications, government affairs and information technology." "She will be missed," he added.
Mary Wersebe will serve as acting chief administrative officer until the reorganization changes, which are expected in August.
