Pakistan, India Agree on Kashmir Helo Services

Pakistan and India have agreed to begin helicopter and postal service for Kashmiris living across the Line of Control (LoC) that divides control of the Kashmiri region between the two nations. The decision follows two days of talks between the countries’ foreign ministers.   For related news
