Wisconsin Politician Wants Private Helos Grounded

A politician in Waukesha, Wisc. lives five blocks away from a business whose owner uses a helicopter at the site, but the pol says he can hear the helicopter when it takes off or lands. So, says Alderman Charles Betker, can his neighbors, who call him to complain. Therefore, the alderman is circulating a petition in hopes of getting the private flights stopped.
