REB Technologies and Aero Instruments are moving together.

Aero Instruments is an FAA-approved aviation instrument repair and overhaul facility; it is a division of REB Technologies (REBTECH). Aero Instruments moved from Dallas Love Field to DFW International Airport in Bedford, Texas, to co-locate with REBTECH.

The parent company had been based in Bedford, but moved to a larger facility.

REBTECH increased its space by 45 percent, to 8,000 sq ft for 13 employees. Both companies share the same management team.

The companies’ primary business is the modification of instrumentation and displays to accommodate the use of night-vision goggles.

REBTECH is a family owned and operated business that was founded in 1996 by Richard (Dick) E. Borkowski. The company specializes in the field of night-vision goggles (NVG) lighting systems technology for many civil and military aircraft operated nationally and internationally.

In 2003, REB Technologies acquired Aero Instruments to provide increased FAA-approved internal modifications and capabilities.
