Silver States Sets Up Flight School North of NYC

Silver State Helicopters is expanding its flight training and operations activities to New York. The North Las Vegas, Nev.-based company plans to open a helicopter flight academy at Stewart International Airport, about 50 nm north of New York City, according to The Journal News newspaper. The company reportedly also plans to launch a shuttle service from Stewart to Manhattan by year’s end. For related news
