AgustaWestland has conducted the inaugural flight of its fourth test aircraft for the U.S. Navy's VH-71 presidential helicopter program. Development and testing of previous iterations of the aircraft have surpassed the 650 flight hour milestone.

Flown from AgustaWestland's Yeovil, U.K. plant on February 27, the test aircraft (designated TV-3) will be the first VH-71 to receive mission equipment, slated for installation at Lockheed Martin Systems Integration's Owego site in New York later this month. For related story
