A Boeing employee has been charged with vandalizing a CH-47F Chinook on Boeing's Philadelphia production line. Discovery of the damage May 13 triggered a day-and-a-half shutdown of the line and criminal investigations by the U.S. Army. Prosecutors said the worker was upset about a pending job transfer, according to the Associated Press. The worker is charged with cutting a bundle of about 70 wires on the Chinook. Investigators still are trying to determine who damaged a second Chinook in the same time period. For related news
