Allen Boyd has joined ITT Corp as vice president, tactical communications systems in Fort Wayne, Ind. Boyd joins ITT from Rockwell Collins, where he served as senior director, joint tactical radio system and military satellite communications programs and as senior director, ground vehicle solutions.

Ronnie Kearns assumes the position of director, sales and customer support for Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services’ North America operation, based in Andalusia, Ala. Kearns has been instrumental in establishing Vector-Andalusia at the forefront of the helicopter MRO industry. He will focus on existing customer satisfaction and new business. Alan Fletcher will assume the role of VP of operations based in Andalusia. Fletcher brings more than 30 years of diverse experience with organizations including the U.K. Defence Ministry, H+S Aviation and nearly 20 years in senior leadership positions within Vector.

West Star Aviation has appointed Debi Cunningham as director of marketing. In her new role, she will be responsible for all marketing activities for the East Alton, Ill.-headquartered company. Cunningham has been with West Star for six years. She started with the company as modification sales manager/interior design specialist and two years later moved into the position of national sales director.


Steve Fisk joined the International Bureau of Aviation as director and GM and will assist in its asset management services. Fisk’s familiarity with airframe and engine manufacturers, aircraft lessors, airlines and their banks are all expected to further enhance IBA’s capacity and ability to meet client expectations. Steve joins IBA after eight years at Rolls-Royce, where he was VP structured finance and export credit.
