Lakotas Received

EADS delivered the first three, of eight, UH-72A EMS Lakotas to the D.C. National Guard in a ceremony at the D.C. Armory, March 12, 2009. The helicopters will replace the UH-1 Hueys. The D.C. Guard 121st Medical Co. has already begun practice landings at area hospitals. The helicopters carry two Garmin 430s a Wulfsberg P-2000 and dual GPS in a glass cockpit.  For related news
