AgustaWestland's AW159 builds on the Lynx helicopter but contains a fully integrated avionics system and mission equipment packages. The U.K. Ministry of Defence inked the deal for the Lynx, ah AW159, three years ago. According to U.K. military tradition of naming their aircraft, the U.K. will call the aircraft Lynx Wildcat. Sixty-two AW159s will be initially procured, 34 for the British Army and 28 for the Royal Navy. For related news
