Columbia Helicopters has appointed Command Pilot Keith Saylor to a new position — fire operations manager. Saylor serves as a liaison between the company and fire incident commanders.

CIRCOR Aerospace Inc. has appointed Brian Rosengrant as engineering manager. Rosengrant is responsible for management of the day-to-day activities of the design engineering group.

Bristow Group Inc. said that Elizabeth R. Brumley has been named acting CFO.


Bobby Sturgell, who served as acting administrator of the FAA, has joined Rockwell Collins as SVP of its Washington operations.

R. Scott Rettig has been appointed CEO of AgustaWestland North America, AgustaWestland and AgustaWestlandBell. Rettig oversees the company’s U.S. government business operations.

Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics Ashton Carter was confirmed by AIA President and CEO Marion Blakey.

EADS has appointed retired Army Col. Ted Mickevicius as director of business development for reserve component forces.

Alan Bristow, founder of Bristow Helicopters, died on April 26, he was 85.

National Aircraft Finance Co. announced the appointment of Joe Krolak to regional sales manager. Krolak supports the company’s growth and provides aviation financing solutions in the corporate aircraft and helicopter markets throughout the central portion of the U.S.
