According to the Russian newswire RIA Novosti, a Turkish delegation is in Russia to discuss the acquisition of Mi-28Ns. The attack helicopters are needed to upgrade its fleet of Cobras, a contract won by AgustaWestland in 2007. However, the AW contract will not provide Turkey with helos until 2015 and the country needs them now. Turkey may buy between 12 and 32 Night Hunters within two to three years. For related news
