While the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) continues to investigate the cause of the helicopter crash on I-70 in western Maryland late on Thursday night, police have identified the four victims that died in the incident. Three of the victims — Niall Booth, 43, of New Market, Jeffrey Nordaas, 24, of Columbia, and George Tutor, 39, of Westminster — worked for Advanced Helicopter Concepts. The fourth was identified as Kim Felix, 48, also of New Market. Police have not released who was piloting the Robinson R44. According to an NTSB spokesperson, the pilot was conducting helicopter tours earlier in the day to raise money for the Advanced Helicopter Youth Foundation. While there was fog in the area and storms passed through the region prior to the crash, it is not clear whether visibility played a role.
