Houston-based Bristow Group is making “fundamental structural changes” to its operating units, according to President & CEO William Chiles. The moves, designed to increase efficiencies and boost financial performance, involve managing eastern and western hemisphere divisions under a single global unit, merging other international and Latin American divisions into one entity, and combining Gulf of Mexico and Artic divisions under a North American business unit. Bristow is also creating one organization to support finance, accounting, IT and human resources.
