Helicopter Crashes in California Forest

Four people were killed Tuesday afternoon when a Bell 206 carrying California Department of Fish and Game scientists struck power lines and crashed, according to various reports. Landells Aviation pilot Dennis Donovan and three biologists—Clu Cotter, Kevin O’Connor and Tom Stolberg—were surveying deer in the Sierra National Forest.
