Sikorsky Aerospace Services (SAS) has handed over two modified S-61Ts that will be used to support the U.S. Embassy in Afghanistan. The delivery is part of a massive five-year IDIQ order for 110 helicopters that the U.S. State Department signed at Heli-Expo in February. The two helicopters are scheduled to return to SAS for completion work before entering service in fall 2010.
