Oklahoma EMS Crash Kills Two

An EagleMed Eurocopter AS350 AStar went down in central Oklahoma late Thursday, resulting in the deaths of pilot Al Harrison and flight nurse Ryan Duke. Another nurse/paramedic, Michael Eccard, survived the crash and was in serious condition Friday morning. The helicopter was flying from Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City to a hospital around 90 miles away, crashing around 8:00 p.m., according to FAA.
