Probe Begins in Arkansas EMS Crash

National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and FAA investigators are looking into various scenarios—including helicopter mechanical failure, striking trees and a medical emergency onboard—that led to an Air Evac Lifeteam Bell 206 breaking up as it went down Tuesday near Scotland, Ark. Pilot Kenneth Robertson, flight nurse Kenneth Meyer and flight paramedic Gayla Gregory died in the accident.
