Bell Helicopter has launched a call center for Aeronautical Accessories and its repair and overhaul operations in Piney Flats, Tenn. The new center will streamline customer orders and is the first step in company-wide customer service initiative. According to Bell, similar streamlining approaches will be implemented with other parts of the company in 2012.
