CPI Aerostructures signed a $2.3 million agreement with Sikorsky Aircraft to manufacture gunner window assemblies for the Black Hawk helicopter.

The windows, which are located just behind the pilot seat on each side of the aircraft, are a two-piece construction, allowing a machine gun operator to slide it open for easy use.

Deliveries of the windows are expected to begin in the first half of 2012.
