Australian Chinooks Return to Afghanistan

The Australian Defence Force’s Boeing CH-47 Chinook fleet has rejoined the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan. The helicopters will be embedded with the U.S. Army’s 25th Combat Aviation Brigade’s Task Force Wings. Together the units provide support for the Daykundi, Kandahar, Uruzgan and Zabul provinces in Afghanistan.
