Japan National Police Acquire GrandNew Duo

AgustaWestland has landed a contract with the Japan National Police Agency (JNPA) for two law enforcement-configured GrandNew helicopters. The purchase represents the first GrandNew from Japanese law enforcement unit, which has a fleet of more than 20 AgustaWestland helicopters. The order is part of JNPA’s fleet upgrade program. The helicopters will operate out of the Saga and Tottori prefectures.
