U.S. Army Modifies Apache ‘A to D’ Contract

Boeing has received a $136-million contract modification from the U.S. Army related to work on the AH-64 Apache. The re-tooled agreement covers the conversion of AH-64As into AH-64D models. Boeing’s facility in Mesa, Ariz. will carry out the work, which is expected to continue through December 2013.
