Rolls-Royce to Sustain V-22 Engines

The U.S. Navy has extended an existing contract with Rolls-Royce covering engine sustainment services on the Bell-Boeing V-22’s AE1007C engines. The $52.3-million extension includes low power repairs, turboshaft and fleet site support for V-22s in operation with the U.S. Marine Corps and Air Force. Completion is scheduled for November 2013.
