Rockwell Collins Upgrades HH-60G Fleet

Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based Rockwell Collins has finished the first installation of its ARC-210 Gen5 radio on a combat search and rescue (CSAR)-configured Sikorsky HH-60G in service with the U.S. Air Force Air National Guard (ANG). The effort is part of the HH-60G Avionics Communications Suite Upgrade program. Modifications took place at Rockwell Collins’ Aircraft Certification Center at Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) in Cedar Rapids, including four ARC-210 receiver-transmitters on the helicopter.
