The system holds 370 gallons of fluid. The company developed it in response to requests for a medium Bell helicopter spray system that was suitable for large spray operations. Model 204 was approved for an aircraft speed of up to 105 knots, and features fill ports within the pilot's field of view, along with emergency dump doors and cargo hook access with hook installed.

Simplex did not indicate when the new system would be commercially available.
