South Korea Buys Longbow for Guardians

South Korea has given Longbow LLC a $51-million foreign military sales (FMS) contract to buy Longbow Fire Control Radars to go with the Apache AH-64E Guardian’s that were procured in April 2013. The Koreans will receive six Longbow FCR systems together with spares and support. Longbow LLC is a joint venture between Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman. South Korea is the 10th international customer to buy Longbow for its Apache attack helicopters.
