Air Zermatt AG in Switzerland selected the Becker Avionics DVCS6100 digital aircraft audio system, for their new fleet of Bell Helicopter 429 light-twin helicopters. Air Zermatt selected Becker's DVCS because it allows their flight crews to select and control all onboard communication devices for inbound and outbound communications, including; public address, warning systems, radios and crew intercommunications. Additionally, the system has an excellent man-machine interface, proven field reliability, and is able to transmit on up to 8 channels simultaneously, along with providing a radio relay feature.

The Bell 429 is an advanced light twin-engine helicopter that is used by Air Zermatt as a multi-mission platform, capable of performing the full array of EMS, utility, and search and rescue operations from their several bases in the Swiss Alps.
