Rockwell Collins Upgrades Service First App

Rockwell Collins has released a new version of its Service First customer support app for commercial transport and business aviation, which provides direct access to the company’s customer support, sales and marketing resources. The upgrade offers new features and expands compatibility to include all Apple iOS mobile devices. The app gives business aircraft users the ability to search for Rockwell Collins marketing bulletins by aircraft type and submit a technical support request.

The Service First app delivers a number of features for accessing Rockwell Collins information, including:

  • Locating and mapping Rockwell Collins service centers and authorized dealers
  • Viewing Rockwell Collins sales, marketing and support contacts
  • Obtaining the latest Rockwell Collins news and events
  • Links for retrieving technical repair publications and training material
