AngMar, HFS and Rocky Mountain Rotors Add Bell 407GXs

Hurst, Texas-based Textron division Bell Helicopter has reached agreements with Helicopter Flight Services, AngMar Aviation and Rocky Mountain Rotors involving the 407GX, which features Garmin’s G1000H flight deck.

New York City-based Helicopter Flight Services offers tours, corporate charter services, aerial photography and video, and construction services around Manhattan.

Helicopter Flight Services first started in 1985 with a Bell 206 Jet Ranger, and has remained a Bell Helicopter customer as its operation has expanded throughout the subsequent years. The new aircraft will join Helicopter Flight Services’ existing Bell 407 and Bell 427 aircraft fleet.


AngMar Aviation, based in Fort Worth, Texas, is a subsidiary of AngMar Companies. The company’s Bell 407GX will be operated from Fort Worth’s Spinks Airport (FWS), offering the ability to travel in style using the new aircraft.

Belgrade, Mont.-based Rocky Mountain Rotors is a full service helicopter charter, Part 141 mountain flight school, Part 133 external lift, and maintenance facility located at the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN). The company is a service center for all models of Robinson helicopters.

Rocky Mountain Rotors Montana operates Bell 429, 407 and 206 variants in addition to its Robinson R22, R44 and R66 flight school aircraft.
