Northrop Grumman recently appointed Ron Foudray as vice president, business development for its Information Systems sector. With more than 25 years of experience in the field, Foudray will lead business development efforts to identify, assess and shape new business opportunities across global targeted growth areas. Foudray has been with the company since 2004. Northrop Grumman has also selected Brett Lambert to replace Stanley Szemborski, who recently retired, as its vice president of corporate strategy. Lambert, who has worked with the Department of Defense and various defense and intelligence firms, will lead development and implementation of Northrop Grumman’s corporate and business focus area strategies, and will serve as the chair of the strategic development council.

AeroVision International, based in Muskegon, Mich., has appointed Angela Baker to the position of vice president – component services. Baker has been with AeroVision since 2012, and previously worked with Pratt & Whitney Canada. Baker is a graduate of Baker College with a BA in Marketing and Aviation Management and holds an MBA in International Business.

FlightSafety International has promoted Raymond Johns to executive vice president, government. Johns joined FlightSafety as senior vice president in 2014. Prior to joining FlightSafety, Johns served in the U.S. Air Force for 36 years.
