With the aim of creating a collaborative working group between AgustaWestland and its customers, the RDSG promotes the sharing of aircraft systems reliability data. This data allow a more accurate evaluation of component reliability, identifying trends and allowing focus on an improved spares planning process and the monitoring of the most important product improvements implemented into the fleet. This will lead to improved aircraft availability and reliability, and will help customers to deliver their mission regardless of geography.
