Becker Avionics International and Telegenix Inc. have partnered in the field of voice communication systems for Air Traffic Control (ATC) operations. On certain product lines, the two companies will combine their capabilities and expertise in mission critical systems in order to provide the ATC industry with turnkey voice communication solutions.

This cooperative agreement between the two companies is marked by the joint introduction of the PROCOM 1700 Digital Voice Communication Switch. The PROCOM 1700 is designed for easy setup and installation in combination with Becker's latest digital ground-to-air radios and other legacy ATC products, and is equipped with an intuitive, user-friendly Graphical User Interface (GUI). This design with its large, color touch screen and multi-channel record-ability constitutes a cost effective and reliable solution for modern high-speed ATC communications.

Both Becker and Telegenix products can be seen at the upcoming France Air Expo in Lyon, France, June 4-6, 2015.
