TAI Debuts T129 ATAK Helo in Poland

Turkish Aerospace Industries introduced its T129 ATAK advanced attack and tactical reconnaissance helicopter in Poland this week. The aircraft made its public debut Aug. 22 to 23 with two 20-minute demonstration flights during the Radom Air Show, a biannual event held for entertainment and to attract investors. Notable guests included Yusuf Ziya Özcan, Turkish Ambassador to the Republic of Poland, other members of the Turkish Embassy, and representatives of the Polish industry. The event also marked the official launch of the T129 ATAK Poland Roadshow, which will continue with a private event and demonstration flight at Warsaw Babice Airport on Aug. 28 and a static display at the MSPO 23rd International Defence Industry Exhibition in the city of Kielce Sept. 1 to 4.
