India’s Apaches to Get Fire Control Radar Systems

The U.S. Army has awarded Longbow Limited Liability Co. a $57.1 million foreign military sale contract to provide the Indian Air force with the company's Fire Control Radar systems for the service's new Boeing AH-64E Apache helicopters. India is the 11th international customer for the radar. 

The contract covers production of 12 systems and spares. Production will extend through 2019 at Lockheed Martin's Orlando and Ocala, Florida, facilities and at Northrop Grumman's Baltimore, Maryland, facility.
