Safran Helicopter Engines has opened its new regional headquarters for engines support in Singapore's Selector Aerospace Park. The 3,500-sq-m facility triples Safran's Asia unit's capacity and integrates a maintenance center qualified for Arrius, Arriel and Makila engine variants, a training center and a 400 sq-m warehouse. The company has been established in the country for the past 25 years.

Safran Helicopter Engines Asia supports more than 1,000 engines in 18 countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan and India.
