Wales Air Ambulance has moved into its new headquarters location in Dafen in South Wales, U.K.
The charity trust built the new location after a 12-month project calling for donations for a new hangar and helipad. Since its launch March 1, 2001, the service operated between two rented locations in Swansea.
Wales Air Ambulance's chief executive, Angela Hughes, said its "goal is to become a 24-hr operation," which the new base helps to do.
