Safran Helicopter Engines has signed a seven-year contract with Denmark to support 14 RTM 322-powered EH101 Merlin in the Royal Danish Air Force.

The agreement includes coverage over 50 engines by Safran's Global Support Package (GSP). It satisfies the Danish force's requirement for optimum availability of engines during search and rescue and military operations.

Safran's GSP optimizes turboshaft availability and enables military operators to focus on their core activities. It guarantees availability at a fixed price-per-engine flying hour, a close technical partnership with the OEM and provides the customer with full budget control during the contract period.
This GSP will be managed by Safran Helicopter Engines Germany.
